Fresh Chutney in Seconds
from cube to fresh, vibrant green chutney — just add room temp water.
Fresh cilantro and mint lose most of their flavor within 48 hours of cutting. Freeze-drying pauses that process entirely — so the cube you crumble today tastes like herbs picked this morning. No blender, no chopping, no prep.

Why Freeze-Dried
Real ingredients, paused at peak.
Conventional drying uses high heat. It strips out flavor, aroma, and much of what made the ingredient worth using in the first place.
Freeze-drying works differently. Ingredients are flash-frozen at their freshest, then the water is drawn out at low temperature — leaving color, aroma, and nutrients largely intact. When the cube meets moisture again, everything wakes back up.
Questions, answered
Cilantro, mint, and a blend of spices — freeze-dried at peak freshness. Nothing else.
6 cubes per pouch.
Room temperature. Add a small splash, stir for 15–20 seconds, and it is ready.
Yes — it works as a sandwich spread, a taco topper, a nacho drizzle, or a marinade base for grilled chicken and wings.
Room temperature, resealed after each use. Keep the included oxygen absorber packet inside the pouch — it prevents moisture from getting in and keeps the cubes crisp. No refrigeration needed. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
