To maintain transparency, our policies for cancellations and refunds are detailed below:
Cancellation Policy
We work quickly to get your freeze-dried products to you. You may cancel your order for a full refund within twelve (12) hours of purchase.
After the twelve-hour window, our fulfillment team begins preparing your order for shipment. Because our products are food items that require specific environmental controls during packing, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" status.
To request a cancellation, please email us at beejafoodsusa@gmail.com with "CANCELLATION: Order #[Number]" in the subject line.
Refund Policy
We want you to love our freeze-dried treats as much as we do. If you aren’t happy with your order, we want to make it right. Please reach out to us at beejafoodsusa@gmail.com with your feedback.
While we cannot accept returns of food products for safety reasons, we will review your concerns for a potential refund or credit. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (i.e., Credit Card, etc.). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
