The Veggie Gap, Solved

15+vegetables

real vegetables in every cube — for picky eaters and grown-ups alike.

Most of us fall short of daily vegetable targets, kids and adults alike. One Garden Pals cube dissolves into warm water, straight into the pot, or blended into a smoothie — closing the gap for the whole family, not just the kids plate.

The Veggie Gap

Why vegetables matter

Health guidelines suggest daily vegetable targets that most families do not hit — here is the actual gap Garden Pals is built to close.

Toddlers & Kids 1–3 years
1 cup*
approx. 100–150g daily
Kids 4–8 years
1.5 cups*
approx. 150–200g daily
Adults
2.5–3 cups*
approx. 300–400g daily

Getting a toddler to eat a full cup of broccoli is tough. Garden Pals makes it effortless — one cube dissolves into food they already love, a smoothie, or fresh juice, quietly closing the veggie gap at every meal, for kids and adults alike.

* Based on the U.S. Dietary Guidelines for Americans and USDA MyPlate (myplate.gov), which publish vegetable recommendations as cup-equivalents. Gram figures shown are approximate conversions for reference, not official USDA measurements. Individual needs vary by age, sex, and activity level.

  • Gluten or dairy

How It Works

Two ways to use it.

Make a paste, or add straight to the pan.

Make a paste
  1. 1
    Add cube to a bowl

Drop the whole cube into a small bowl.

  2. 2
Pour 2–3 tbsp of warm water

Just enough to cover the cube.

  3. 3
    Cover and wait 60 seconds

Let the cube absorb the water and soften.

  4. 4
    Mix until lumps dissolve

Stir with a spoon until smooth and uniform.

  5. 5
Pour over your dish or into a pan

Add the paste on top of a prepared dish to mix in, or add it to a pan to start cooking from scratch.

Add straight to the pan
  1. 1
Add cube to warm water in a pan

Drop the whole cube into 1/4 cup of warm water in a pan. Let it dissolve.

  2. 2
    Add your dish

Add rice, protein, pasta, vegetables — whatever you are cooking.

  3. 3
    Mix and enjoy

Stir everything together. The flavor distributes evenly as it cooks.

Best for soups, rice dishes, and one-pot meals where the cube dissolves as everything cooks together.

The Golden Ratio

1 cube  ·  1 cup

1 cube per 1 cup of food or liquid. Scale up for bigger portions.

Where It Disappears

Everyday food, upgraded.

Add it to food you already make. The cube dissolves completely — no one will know.

Mac & Cheese

Stir into the cheese sauce. Vitamins in, texture unchanged.

Mashed Potatoes

Dissolve into the milk and butter before mashing. Zero detection risk.

Soups & Stews

Use as a rich broth base. The veggies rehydrate as it simmers.

Rice & Grains

Drop into the pot as the rice cooks. Every grain gets flavored.

Smoothies & Juice

Blend into a fruit smoothie or fresh juice for a vegetable boost that disappears into the sweetness.

Why Freeze-Dried

Real ingredients, paused at peak.

Conventional drying uses high heat. It strips out flavor, aroma, and much of what made the ingredient worth using in the first place.

Freeze-drying works differently. Ingredients are flash-frozen at their freshest, then the water is drawn out at low temperature — leaving color, aroma, and nutrients largely intact. When the cube meets moisture again, everything wakes back up.

FAQ

Questions, answered

No — that is the point. Garden Pals is designed to blend into savory foods without changing their flavor or texture. It adds a subtle savory depth, which is why it works so well in mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and rice dishes.

15+ real vegetables including carrot, spinach, broccoli, tomato, kale, beetroot, sweet potato, cauliflower, peas, bell pepper, pumpkin, zucchini, green beans, onion, and garlic, plus sea salt and herbs. Every ingredient is on the back-of-pouch label.

6 cubes per pouch.

Warm water. See the How It Works section above for both the paste method and the straight-to-pan method.

Room temperature, resealed after each use. Keep the included oxygen absorber packet inside the pouch — it prevents moisture from getting in and keeps the cubes crisp. No refrigeration needed. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture, printed on the back of the pouch.
